The Challenge

This media company website redesign had to fix a genuinely broken visitor experience: the original site relied on a WordPress landing page that redirected visitors out to separate Drupal pages just to access streaming content. That two-platform handoff was slow, outdated, and made an innovative streaming network look behind the times. DCTV needed faster load times, a modern interface that felt like a real streaming platform, room to scale as new channels and content were added, and all of it delivered against an aggressive rebrand launch deadline.

The Build

Built entirely on WordPress and Elementor, eliminating the WordPress-to-Drupal handoff altogether, the rebuild drew directly on design patterns from major streaming platforms like Netflix, HBO Max, and Amazon Prime so the browsing experience would feel immediately familiar to visitors. Backend performance work shortened page load speeds, reduced rendering errors, and improved overall responsiveness. The team built and delivered the fully functional site well ahead of the client’s launch benchmark, and once final content was approved, the updated site went live within 24 hours.
